Kazakhstan–China Pipeline LLP Summarizes 2025 Results in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Protection
Kazakhstan–China Pipeline LLP held a year-end meeting to review the 2025 results in the fields of industrial safety, occupational health and environmental protection. The meeting was attended by the management of the Partnership, representatives of operator services, as well as contractor and specialized organizations, including companies providing emergency response, fire safety, security and transportation services.
The meeting was opened by Talgat Kurmanbayev, General Director of Kazakhstan–China Pipeline LLP, who in his welcoming address emphasized the importance of a systematic approach to managing industrial risks, preventing incidents, and fostering a sustainable safety culture.
During the meeting, reports were presented by the heads of the Eastern and Western Operator Services Departments of KazTransOil JSC on the results of their activities for the 12 months of 2025, as well as reports from contractor organizations. The speakers outlined key performance results, major indicators, and highlighted pressing issues requiring additional attention.
Special attention was given to the presentation by Mirbek Gusmanov, Director of the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Emergency Situations Department of the Partnership. In his report, he provided an overview of incidents that occurred within the group of companies, analyzed their root causes and lessons learned, and presented the results of activities in the field of occupational health and labor safety for the 12 months of 2025.
In addition, the management of the Kazakhstan–China Pipeline branch in Alashankou informed the meeting participants about the results achieved in industrial safety, occupational health and environmental protection.
Following the discussion, participants emphasized the need to further strengthen cooperation with contractor organizations, including transportation service providers, enhance the level of safety culture, and ensure strict compliance with occupational health and environmental safety requirements at all production facilities of the Partnership.
