Public monitoring at the facility of KCP LLP

On September 26, 2025, public monitoring of implementation of the investment program was held at the facility of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP – the Aralsk Integrated Emergency Response Center.

The purpose of monitoring is to control and evaluate the results of implementation of investment projects by government agencies, deputies, consumers, the media and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency in implementation of investment programs.

During the visit, the monitoring team conducted a visual inspection of Aralsk IERC, located 30 km from Aralsk, Kyzylorda region, after repairs were carried out there. Representatives of KCP LLP gave the necessary explanations and answered all the questions asked regarding the deadlines, budget, quality of work and achievement of the goals.

Earlier, public monitoring of implementation of the approved investment program, compliance with the quality and reliability of regulated services was held in 100% of the subsidiary of KazTransOil JSC - Main Waterline LLP. By the end of 2025, a similar event is expected in another subsidiary of the company - NWPC MunaiTas LLP.
