Team-building in Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP

On April 22 Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP organized a teambuilding event for its staff at Home Club in Karasai district of Almaty region.

During this teambuilding event the employees were divided into 5 teams. Each team had to come up with the team name, slogan and anthem.

While completing the tasks at each stage the participants had to put a lot of efforts and show patience, mobilize their creative potential.

Teambuilding showed how every staff member is ready to take responsibility, how team members can understand each other without words, work coherently and in cooperation. Also, the tasks demonstrated high level of trust in the company – one of the tasks the teams had to pass a zigzag path blindfolded, which required full trust in the partners.

The competitive spirit and commitment in combination with good service, beatiful nature, entertaining program left excellent impression.

В ходе весело проведенного времени на свежем воздухе в неформальной обстановке каждый участник смог доказать свою отличную форму и боевой настрой.

После соревнований прошла официальная церемония награждения победителей.
