Meeting held with representatives of contractors

On July 20, 2023, a meeting on safety and labor protection was held at the office of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP following results of the 1st half of 2023 with participation of representatives of contractors performing work and providing services at facilities of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP. The meeting was attended by heads of structural divisions of the Partnership, employees of the Branch in Alashankou (PRC), shift engineers at production sites (conference call), as well as heads of Kaskyr Security LLP, Dauyl Security Agency LLP, AR LINE SERVICE LLP, Nomad Fire Fighting Service LLP, Republican Central Headquarters of Professional Paramilitary Rescue Services LLP, YuKF "Republican Central Headquarters of Professional Paramilitary Rescue Services" LLP, PE "Bekmukhambetov".


First Deputy General Director Sabit Rziyev spoke at the meeting. After a welcoming speech and discussion of the agenda, he paid special attention to importance of HSE issues in the Partnership, and called on all those present to strictly comply with all safety requirements when providing services and performing work within the framework of contractual obligations.


During the meeting, reports were heard from representatives of contractors on safety and labor protection issues based on results of the 1st half of 2023. In the reports of Director HSE&ES department Gusmanov M. questions and ways to solve problems were raised on topics “Requirements for contractors to ensure safety and familiarization with accidents that occurred at facilities of Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies” and “On activities of the Partnership in the field of HSE following results of 6 months of 2023”.


At the end of the meeting, First Deputy General Director of the Partnership focused attention of responsible heads of structural divisions and contractors to abnormal heat, activity of poisonous insects, fire hazard period and preparations for autumn-winter period at production facilities of the Partnership.
