Report on execution of investment program (project)
In accordance with subparagraph 13) of paragraph 2 of Article 26 of the Law of Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2018 No. 204-VI “On Natural Monopolies” (hereinafter - Law), Anatural monopoly entity is required to report on execution of the approved investment program.
In addition, in pursuance of the requirements of subparagraph 24) of paragraph 2 of Article 26 of this Law, a natural monopoly entity is obliged to post reports on implementation of the tariff estimate, on execution of the approved investment program to consumers and other persons in media, including its Internet resource.
