About the report
Hereby Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership), located at the address: 109 V, Abai Ave., Almaty, 050008, Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with paragraphs 6 and 9 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2018 No. 204-VI “On Natural Monopolies”, announces the upcoming report of the Partnership on the implementation of the approved investment program and tariff estimate for the regulated service of oil pumping through the Kenkiyak – Kumkol main pipeline to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan to consumers and other interested parties for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Report) in the form of a public hearing.
The report will be held on April 23, 2026 at 11:00.
Venue: 12th floor, conference room, 109V Abai Avenue, Almaty.
In order to prepare a list of participants in the Report, it is necessary to send information about the participants (full name, position, name of organization) to the email address: M.Rysbek@kcp.kz before 11:00 on April 22, 2026.

In accordance with subparagraph 21) of paragraph 2 of Article 26 of the Law of Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2018 No. 204-VI “On Natural Monopolies”, the subject of the natural monopoly is obliged to post the following materials on its Internet resource quarterly:
Information about reserve, availability of free capacities, areas of throughput capacities;
Information about reserve, availability of free capacities, areas of throughput capacities of Kenkiyak-Kumkol main pipeline.
